Codes of Practice - tracked changes
Several of the Codes of Practice previously issued by the JFSC were superseded by revised versions on 21 March 2018, 1 June 2019, 15 July 2021 and 17 January 2022.
To assist regulated entities a tracked change version of each revised code is shown below.
The Code of Practice for Deposit-taking Business was superseded and replaced by several documents on 1 August 2023. You can find the most current version on our Codes of Practice (jerseyfsc.org) page.
