Monique O'Keefe

Deputy Chair

Monique O’Keefe joined the Board of Commissioners in October 2018 and became Deputy Chair in April 2021.

With 20 years’ experience in finance and law, Jersey-resident Monique is co-founder of investment consultancy business, Kairos Wealth Limited.

Prior to moving to Jersey, she specialised in structuring complex financing deals for international investment banks in London and New York, most recently at Goldman Sachs as a Senior Banker and Executive Director, and before that as a Director at Merrill Lynch.

She has experience working with a variety of organisations spanning government, international investment banks, sovereign wealth funds, major financial institutions and international businesses.

Monique is also a non-executive director on a London-listed solar energy fund and a hedge fund, and is an executive director on a credit fund. She began her career as a lawyer in Australia, before moving to London to work for Clifford Chance.
