Helene Narcy

Helene Narcy joined the Board of Commissioners in 2024.

She is an experienced Chief Finance Officer with a background in regulated industries including financial services. Helene currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the JT Group, one of Jersey’s telecommunications and internet services providers. In addition to the core finance function, she oversees Risk and Security, Legal, Compliance, HR and Procurement.

Prior to joining JT, Helene worked ten years for UBS. She was the CFO for UBS’s wealth management business in the Americas and, before this, she was the Regional Controller of wealth management in the UK and Jersey. Helene served as CFO for UBS’s Jersey entities for six years, where she gained significant expertise and knowledge in the operations of Jersey-based financial services businesses.
