In accordance with Article 32 of the Foundation (Winding up) (Jersey) Regulations 2009, we hereby give notice that as of 30 June 2019, the foundations names of which appear below, being in default of Article 37 of the Law will be dissolved without further legal process at the expiration of the three months from the date of this notice unless the published fee and prescribed late filing fee is paid.
