Incorporated limited partnerships strike off process notices 2016
By virtue of the powers conferred on me by Article 26 of the Incorporated Limited Partnerships (Jersey) Law, 2011, I hereby give notice that, the incorporated limited partnerships whose names appear below, had not paid their annual administration fee by the end of February 2016. Should the incorporated limited partnership continue to be in default, after a period of three months from the date of this notice, the JFSC may take steps to recover any outstanding amounts.
