Separate limited partnerships strike off process notices 2015
By virtue of the powers conferred on me by Article 33 of the Separate Limited Partnerships (Jersey) Law, 2011, I hereby give notice that, the separate limited partnerships whose names appear below, had not paid their annual administration fee by the end of February 2015. Should the separate limited partnership continue to be in default, after a period of three months from the date of this notice, the JFSC may take steps to recover any outstanding amounts.
