Update following consultation on Pillar 2 and Prudential reporting
We have published a feedback paper explaining our response to industry feedback on proposed changes to Pillar 2 and Prudential reporting as part of our Basel III implementation Roadmap.
Summary of feedback
Overall, respondents were supportive of the proposed changes, and asked for further clarity in areas including:
- capital adequacy guidance
- prudential reporting requirements
- implementation and transition arrangements
Having considered all feedback, we will proceed with the proposals broadly as consulted on. The feedback paper outlines our response to the main themes raised and explains how this input has informed the final approach.
