Update: Exemptions – Registration Extension for Directors and Family Offices

Following our update on the 19 April 2023, we wish to thank those Directors and Family Offices who continue to provide feedback and share their views in registering as a Schedule 2 business.

Please bear with us, we are now taking the time to reflect on this and consider possible refinements to the existing Guidelines, Guidance and FAQs.
