Update: Exemptions and the Transitional Period – Private Trust Companies and Family Offices

Thank you to all of you who have been working with us on finalising the requirements for PTCs and Family Offices post June 30.

We are aware there is a need for greater clarity and additional information ahead of the transitional period concluding on 30 June 2023. This is currently being worked on with the involvement of representatives from Industry.

We expect to publish this guidance no later than 28 April.
