Update: Exemptions and the Transitional Period – Non-Executive Directors

Thank you to all of those in the NED community who have been working with us on finalising the requirements for Non-Executive Directors post June 30.

We are aware there is a need for greater clarity and additional information to assist and support Directors ahead of the transitional period concluding on 30 June 2023. 

Additional guidance, with the involvement of representatives from within the Director community, is currently being worked on. We expect to publish this guidance no later than 14 April following which we will be hosting a series of in-person events.  In May, we will also be arranging a series of drop-in sessions to provide support with registration requirements. Further details of those events and drop-in sessions will be provided closer to the time.
