Jersey financial sanctions regimes and practical guidance updated – June 2021

We have published updated versions of all Jersey financial sanctions regimes and financial sanctions practical guidance on our website. This is to clarify reporting obligations set out under the Sanctions and Asset Freezing (Jersey) Law 2019 (the SAFL).

All relevant financial institutions have reporting obligations, which must be fulfilled as soon as practicable. Reports must be made to the Minister for External Relations and Financial Services and include the information specified in Article 32 of the SAFL.
