In October 2024, we launched Reggie, our AI-powered regulatory chatbot, to help answer your regulatory questions and enhance our own digital capabilities.
Your feedback
Your feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Users find the tool useful both for technical guidance and as a search tool.
Requests for improvement have focused on:

Using your feedback, we are now launching Reggie 2.0.
Additional content
At the time of launch, Reggie used our AML/CFT/CPF Handbook and Codes of Practice as its knowledge base.
Reggie now includes an additional 48 documents, including laws, regulations, orders, guidelines, official notices, policy statements and guidance notes.

Interface and accessibility
We have improved the prompt engineering, so Reggie is more conversational to enhance your user experience.
We have also developed a document hierarchy, so Reggie prioritises responses and uses lower-ranked sources as contextual information.
