Intellectual property register now live
We've launched Jersey's intellectual property register and myIPO, our online intellectual property service, ahead of the new legislation coming into force on 1 August 2026.
From today, you can search the intellectual property register. From 1 August 2026, you'll also be able to:

Next steps
This is the first phase of our new intellectual property framework. We expect to introduce:
- international trade mark services from 15 September 2026
- patent and design services from 1 November 2026
