4insight, an independent local research company, is running our 2026 industry survey to help us understand your views and experiences of the JFSC. Take the survey here.

We welcome feedback from anyone who works with us, whether as an individual or on behalf of an organisation. Your answers will not be linked to you or your organisation, and you can send more than one response per organisation.  

Your responses directly inform our activity. Feedback in previous surveys has shaped our strategic focus on competitiveness and customer service, and our work to improve online experiences and engagement.
