Fraud warning: PGH Cayman (the scam entity)
We are warning members of the public against dealing with PGH Cayman, a scam entity, which is promoting financing and falsely claims to be based in Jersey.
The scam entity is falsely claiming to trade from the address “Liberation Station Esplanade, Floor 1 St Helier, JE2 3 AS, Jersey, United Kingdom.”
We understand the scammers operate the following email address and Facebook page:
- email: info@pghcayman.com
- Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/share/1BU7HNr5jh/
We confirm the following:
- PGH Cayman is not a registered company or trading name in Jersey and does not have a registered address in Jersey
- based on documentation we hold, the email address and Facebook page show signs of being set up for fraudulent purposes
- PGH Cayman is not connected in any way to the legitimate company PGH (Cayman) (Company number FC035282), which has a registered overseas establishment in the United Kingdom
Anyone who has had dealings with the scam entity should contact our Enforcement team.
