Annual Compliance Returns available for Jersey Private Funds

If you are Designated Service Provider (DSP) for Jersey Private Funds (JPF), the Annual Compliance Returns (the Returns) will be available on myJFSC from 1 August 2022.

In the interim, there are things you can do to get started.

  1. Accessing myJFSC
    A.  Individuals who have not yet signed up to myJFSC, will shortly receive an invitation to do so. Once you have received this invitation, you must follow the instructions that can be found on our website to ensure you continue to have access to the same data. It is important you follow these instructions and do not take action until you receive the invitation.
    B.   If you have already signed up to myJFSC, you do not need to take any action.
    C.   If you are not a responsible DSP for the JPF Annual Compliance Return and you have not yet signed up to myJFSC you must do so once in receipt of our invitation to ensure you are ready for any future submissions you may need to make.
  2. It is the responsibility of the JPF Designated Service Providers (DSPs) to complete the JPF Annual Return accurately and in full. DSPs need to ensure compliance with the JPF Guide as part of performing their role for a JPF.
  3. Once the JPF Annual Returns are available, you will need to log into myJFSC, and navigate via the ‘Entities’ tab to the ‘Applications’ section, where you will be able to open, edit and submit your draft Return.
  4. The deadline for submissions is 31 August 2022.
