Deadline for Alternative Investment Fund reporting submissions AIF001 and AIF002 has been extended to 31 October 2022
The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has extended the deadline for filing Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) AIF001 and AIF002 forms to 31 October 2022. Our equivalent deadline has also been extended to 31 October 2022.
The deadline has been extended by the FCA as amendments are being made to the reporting forms to remove references to the EU.
We require a copy of any AIF reporting made to the FCA to be copied and filed, by the relevant Jersey AIF Manager, with its supervision contact. We require this reporting at the same frequency as the FCA.
This deadline extension is in accordance with the requirements of Paragraph 18 of the AIF Code.
You can find the FCA’s 9 June 2022 notice on their website.
Guidance on our reporting requirements is available on our website.
