Early in 2021, many firms contributed to the independent research being conducted by RT Associates on the adoption of regulatory technology (Regtech) by Jersey firms. We wanted to understand, from an independent perspective the obstacles being faced by firms and what we can do to help. The findings, recommendations and suggested next steps have now been published, alongside our plans to support Regtech adoption in future.
The Report was conducted by RT Associates, to clarify Industry’s obstacles in accommodating Regtech and to drive a more efficient and effective compliance process.
