Answer the questions based on your proposed activity. If you are unsure, choose the option that best matches your plans and continue.

1. Are you raising funds to launch a fund with digital asset exposure? 

• Yes - go to digital asset funds page 
• No - go to question 2 

2. Are you providing virtual asset services to someone else e.g. exchange, transfer, custody? 

• Yes - go to virtual asset service provider (VASP) page 
• No - go to question 3 

3. If you are looking to issue a token, does that token represent an existing asset? 

• Yes - go to tokenised real world assets guide
• No - go to initial coin or token offering
