Consultation on proposed fees for 2027

1    Executive summary

1.1    We are issuing this consultation in relation to our proposed fees for 2027.  

1.2    This consultation forms part of our established annual process for reviewing fees and reflects the continuation of the approach adopted in recent years. We undertake regular reviews to ensure that the income we raise through fees is proportionate and enables us to deliver our statutory functions. As part of this approach, we engage with stakeholders in a transparent and structured manner prior to finalising fees.

1.3    We propose to make no substantive changes to our fee structures and continue to maintain a consistent and predictable approach to fee-setting.

1.4    For 2027, we propose to apply a uniform increase of 3.5% across all fees, excluding the fees for Recognized Auditors. We will consult on these fees, which are the same across Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man, in October 2026.

1.5    Stakeholders are invited to consider the proposals set out in this document and to provide feedback.
