Fraud Warning Hex Offshore Limited (The Impersonating Entity)

We are warning members of the public against dealing with the impersonating entity, which is falsely purporting to represent Hex Offshore Limited, a genuine Jersey registered entity (121534).

The impersonating entity, the website, and the email address, displays warning signs of being set up for a fraudulent purpose and appears to be a scam. We wish to confirm the following:

• the impersonating entity, the website, and the email address, are not connected in any way to the genuine Jersey registered entity, Hex Offshore Limited
• the impersonating entity is falsely claiming to trade from 3rd Floor, 44 Esplanade, St. Helier, JE4 9WG, Jersey, the genuine registered office address of Hex Offshore Limited
• the impersonating entity is using the JFSC issued certificate of incorporation of the genuine Jersey registered entity to add credence to what appears to be a scam
