COMMISSION SCOOPS TWO TRAINING AWARDS FOR SECOND YEAR RUNNING
The Jersey Financial Services Commission won two awards in Jersey's prestigious Training in Business Awards scheme, announced last night, Tuesday 11 November.
The Commission won a Silver award for enhancing internal expertise on health & safety matters and special training given to staff to support a colleague suffering from a serious illness. It also won a Bronze award for an internal training initiative designed to help Commission staff increase the amount of expertise they share with each other.
This is the second year in succession that the Commission has received awards in this scheme. In 2002, the Commission received Gold and Silver awards.
The Training in Business Awards are judged by Jersey's Training Employment Partnership and they are supported by the Institute of Directors (Jersey), the Chartered Management Institute and the Jersey Chamber of Commerce.
