New digital Registry

We’re making changes to the Registry and from 6 January next year, we’re going fully digital. We’re modernising the way we operate so we’re more accessible and efficient and we are giving our customers greater access and more flexibility to manage their own information.

The changes we’re making coincide with a new law that the Government of Jersey is introducing. The law requires us to collect more information for our central registers. For example, companies will need to give us information on directors and secretaries.
