Update for Trustees and Private Trust Companies (Proceeds of Crime (Amendment No.6) (Jersey) Law 2022)

Following the Government of Jersey update concerning anti-money laundering and the counter financing of terrorism provisions for Trustees and Private Trust Companies (Proceeds of Crime (Amendment No.6) (Jersey) Law 2022), we advised Industry that we would look to issue updated Guidelines on Interpretation by 8 September.

We are grateful for the levels of engagement from Industry as we progress through those updates. However, to further consider feedback received, we have delayed the publication of the update to 22 September.
