During 2023, we undertook a thematic examination to assess Prescribed Non-Profit Organisation (NPOs) Significant Donor records and controls.

We have published feedback detailing the findings of the examinations and examples of best practice.

Boards and Governors of Prescribed NPOs should consider the findings in this feedback and ensure their Prescribed NPO is complying with all relevant Significant Donor requirements, to mitigate the risk of financial crime.
