The Jersey Financial Services Commission (the “Commission”) wishes it to be known that, contrary to the impression that may have been given by the article that appeared on page 19 of the Jersey Evening Post on 6 August 2008, the Commission has not granted regulatory approval to any proposed transaction between Belgravia Financial Services Group Limited and First London Securities plc.
