Notes to Editors.
- Investors in People is a national UK
standard that is recognised by industry and government throughout
the British Isles. Organisiations awarded IiP status satisfy
the criteria of commitment to staff training and development
and can show that they promote the effectiveness of the
organisation by investing in support to all staff.
- Having gained IiP status in 2001, the Commission has to
be able to demonstrate continued commitment to these standards
and reaccredidation occurs every three years. The Commission
continues to maintain accreditation status, which enables
the Commission to deploy the IiP logo on all of its literature.
