Notes to Editors
1. This vacancy has arisen as a result
of Commissioner Richard Pirouet completing three terms. Richard
Pirouet has been on the Board since the Commission was first
established in 1998. Limiting the term of office of a Commissioner
to three terms is in accordance with good governance practice
and also advocated by the Jersey Appointments Commission.
