Fees Payable to the Commission and the Registrar of Companies

On 24 January 2008, all fees payable to the Commission and the Registrar of Companies under various enactments were replaced by fees published by the Commission.

The Commission published a Gazette Notice on 17 January 2008, which set out the legal basis for these changes.
