Fees Payable to the Commission and the Registrar of Companies

From 24 January 2008, all fees payable to the Commission and the Registrar of Companies under various enactments will be replaced by fees published by the Commission. These published fees are the same as those currently prescribed under the various enactments.

The Commission has published a Gazette Notice on 17 January 2008, which sets out the legal basis for these changes.
