The development of all our staff is central to the Commission’s strategy. As an Investor in People we continue to be recognised
as an organisation that is committed to its continual development as well as the development of our staff. We invest significantly
in providing professional, technical, managerial and soft skills learning opportunities, such that our staff are at least as well qualified as those in the organisations we regulate.
