Updating your details via the Commission Portal
Q1: Can I change my registered e-mail address or password?
Yes, although your e-mail address and password form part of the authentication process these may be changed in the “My Profile” section of the Commission Portal.
The “Change Email” and “Change Password” buttons can be found in the top right hand corner of the screen.
Q2: Apart from my e-mail and password, what other personal details can I change in “My Profile”?
The Commission can be notified of changes to the following information by amending the details held in the “My profile” section of the Commission Portal.
- Home Address
- Home Phone
- Mobile Phone
- Business Phone
**Where you are advising the Commission of a change in name you must also send, to the Commission, a paper certified copy of your passport or national identity card, which matches your new name.
