2019 and 2020 Supervisory Risk Data Collection Exercise - 31 October 2019
We have committed to continuing our supervisory risk data collection exercise for the next two years.
The data that regulated businesses previously provided us with is helping to inform our approach to risk-based supervision and our financial crime examination process.
We will be collecting the same data for 2019 and 2020 that we did for 2017 and 2018. We will start this process in December and the results will be used for the same purpose.
We will ask businesses to submit their data in the same way as they did previously by populating and uploading Excel workbooks via the myJFSC portal.
Businesses will need to provide us with their data by 31 March 2020.
We will provide further information and guidance by 20 December 2019.
