MONEY SERVICE BUSINESS
Guide for applications and fees
Existing money service businesses are required to make application
to the Commission by 26 January 2008 in order to lawfully carry
on that business after that date under the transitional arrangements.
The Commission has published a Gazette Notice on 17 January 2008
warning money services businesses of the impending deadline.
