Guide for applications and fees
The legislation by which fund functionaries are to become
regulated under the Financial Services (Jersey) Law 1998 was
approved by the States on 7 November 2007 to come into effect
on 14 November 2007.
All applications are now to be made using the forms below.
Any applicant requiring guidance on completion of the forms
should contact a member of the Commission's Funds Authorisation
team.
