Guide for applications and fees
Please be advised that Corporate Confirmation forms need
no longer be submitted to the Commission.
This change applies to all regulated businesses and is intended
to reflect the Commission’s desire to correspond directly
with individuals submitting personal questionnaires and protect
an individual’s right to privacy should they not wish
their prospective employer to be aware of certain information.
In addition, it is hoped that this change will serve to
ease the administrative burden associated with such applications.
