INTRODUCTION

Legal persons / legal arrangements whose activities fall within the definition of specified Schedule 2 Business or who meet the definition
of a Non-Profit Organization are required to either register with or notify the Commission of their activities.

Businesses that conduct specified Schedule 2 Business who are regulated under any of the following regulatory laws: the Banking Business (Jersey) Law 1991; the Collective Investment Funds (Jersey) Law 1988; the Financial Services (Jersey) Law 1998; or the Insurance Business (Jersey) Law 1996 are required to notify the Commission of their activities.
